All throughout this neighborhood you see the effects the infrastructure has on the community, these ran down buildings and graffiti filled walls are a detriment to the community growing up around it. When the people of this neighborhood see these things it makes them feel less as a community when it’s something out of their control, simultaneously they can walk a few blocks and see a 6 billion dollar organization whose surrounding infrastructure is prioritized over theirs.
