This photo was taken in a beach community near Passa Grille in St. Petersburg, Florida, after Hurricane Milton. I was amused and horrified at this sign because of the brutal honesty of the message. This begs the question: What is one priority measure that should be taken to reduce the danger of crime? Is this effective?
